Our long distance search to purchase a condo in Florida turned out to be a most enjoyable experience----all because of Nina Schultz.
We had been searching through real estate websites for weeks. They all did a good job of listing a property, but seemed to lack what we felt was an important factor; a human being.

Choosing Nina's website was like winning the lottery! She was simply amazing. Within minutes of any inquiry we had a reply. If she was going to be out of town, we had her cell phone. It was as if she was always right around the corner, not thousands of miles away.

The purchase went smoothly, no glitches, no issues. Nina was highly knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely attentive at each step in the process. Anything we asked of her, she did promptly. We are quite certain that she had no obligation to us beyond the sale, but that is not how Nina runs her business. We can not say enough about Nina Schultz.

This was the first time we had used a buyers agent to help us find a home and complete a purchase.  I'm so glad we had Nina as she was very professional, kept us well informed and was right there whenever we had a question or needed her.  Our home was sold and we needed to find a home quickly, Nina seemed to have all the time and patience in the world to assist us. Nina helped us with names of home inspectors, insurance agents in the area, even where to get great fresh fish and seafood. I have already recommended Nina to several people.  We were fortunate to have her as our buyers agent. 

Thank you so much for making it possible for me to own my first home.  Being only 23 year old, and not knowing how to go about buying a home, Nina helped me immensely.  I was really afraid at the closing when I found out my mortgage payment was higher than I was told it would be.  Nina my agent got right on the phone to my lender and straightened it right out.  I no longer am paying rent for an apartment, I am paying myself with a mortgage that I can well afford, and own my first home.  I have new kitchen cabinets now, and have remodeled the home the way I dreamed.  I am so proud of being so young and owning a home.

Thank you so much for the hard, dedicated work you did as a Buyer's Agent for me.  I never thought that my contract would close, as to it falling apart three times, but you held it together, dealing with inspectors, lenders, and the other agent.  It was the best investment of my life getting a VA no money down loan.  I have remodeled this home, and it is well worth more now, but I will be staying here for quite some time.  I will refer you to my friends that need a Professional Real Estate person.  I think you are the greatest.  You didn't make much money on this sale, so I know you did this work for me personally.  You are definitely dedicated to your client's best interests.

Once again Bob and I would like to thank you for all the help you have given us in the past year. When we ventured out last April to find a home we were so nervous not really knowing anyone in the immediate area.  After several phone calls and emails to other Realtors I just knew by your quick response and professionalism you where the one. And you never let us down.

Owning many properties over the years I have never had the experience with anyone as with you. Not only were you our Real Estate Agent you quickly became our friend. You gave us your immediate attention in every way. We are so happy with the new condo and cant wait to finally move to New Smyrna this September.

We enjoy the town, the people, the beaches, etc.   Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if youre looking.
