Nina prefers to work by appointment only to give her clients the attention they deserve. The majority of her clients come to Florida either for vacation, or to visit relatives, and like to meet with a realtor to see properties when considering purchasing an investment or vacation property.
If you are considering a Florida purchase when visiting, either have a Lenders Approval Letter with you, or at least know in advance what your credit report is like. Nina can have her in house Sr. Loan Officer give you a call in advance of your visit if you like, and then introduce you to him during your appointment with her in Florida.
She wouldn't want to turn anyone away, due to another appointment which is why she schedules in advance.
